1. Eligibility & Account Registration

To create an account and use services on the 444tk platform, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years old. This platform is for users aged 21 and above only.
• You must register your account using your real identity and accurate information.
• Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• It is your responsibility to keep the information provided at registration — name, mobile number, email, and payment details — accurate and up to date.
• Keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing account access with third parties is prohibited.

2. Account Verification (KYC)

To ensure a safe and transparent environment, 444tk conducts a user identity verification process (Know Your Customer — KYC).

• 444tk may at any time request a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method for identity verification.
• Identity verification may be mandatory before a withdrawal can be processed.
• If verification fails, the withdrawal may be placed on hold and the account will be reviewed if necessary.
• All submitted documents are kept fully secure and used solely for verification purposes.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 444tk are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following payment methods are supported:

• Supported methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks).
• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal time: Processing is usually completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• To submit a withdrawal request, you must own the payment method registered on your account — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• If 444tk suspects any irregularity or fraud in a transaction, the transaction may be temporarily held.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

444tk offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. The current welcome bonus terms are as follows:

• Welcome bonus: 100% of the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
• Wagering Requirement: 25 times the bonus amount — calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 as a bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. After wagering ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000, winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.
• Another example: Deposit ৳32,000 and receive ৳15,000 as a bonus (at the maximum limit), giving a total balance of ৳47,000.
• Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• If the bonus funds are not wagered, the bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
• 444tk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply when enjoying casino games, slots, and sports betting on 444tk:

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, 444tk reserves the right to settle the bet according to the correct outcome.
• Market rules for sports betting are detailed in the relevant section. Specific refund policies apply if an event is cancelled or postponed.
• The individual rules of game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Ezugi, etc.) may also apply.
• 444tk is not liable if a game is interrupted due to internet disconnection or technical issues — the actual transaction records in the account are considered final.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

1. Attempting to gain an advantage through fraud, deception, or illegal means.
2. Playing games using automated software, bots, or algorithms.
3. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits ("bonus hunting").
4. Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
5. Attempting to interfere with or hack the platform's servers or software.
6. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
7. Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior.

7. Responsible Gaming

444tk firmly believes in responsible gaming. We want our users to play for entertainment — not under any mental or financial pressure.

• A self-requested account pause (Self-Exclusion) option is available.

• Game content from game providers is subject to their own intellectual property rights.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 444tk is not liable for:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical issues from third parties.
• Losses resulting from a user's own negligence or account use by an unauthorized person.
• Service disruption due to natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other force majeure events.
• Any expectations or predictions regarding game outcomes.

444tk always strives to maintain service quality, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons.

11. Account Closure & Suspension

444tk may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
• Instructions from a legal or regulatory authority.

Users may also close their account voluntarily. In this case, please contact the support team. An opportunity to withdraw all legitimate earnings will be given before the account is closed, however any bonus funds that have not met their conditions will be cancelled.

12. Dispute Resolution

If there is any dispute or complaint, we are committed to resolving it through mutual agreement.

1. Step 1: Contact the support team directly. 90% of disputes are resolved at this stage.
2. Step 2: If not resolved through support, file a formal complaint — it will be reviewed within 3 business days.
3. Step 3: If not resolved through the above, a designated mediation process will be followed.

In the case of disputes over game results, the game provider's server logs will be considered final evidence.
